RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Claymeraki, we encourage thoughtful purchasing to reduce waste and protect the environment. Given the delicate nature of our handcrafted ceramics, we kindly ask you to ensure your chosen piece will have a lasting place in your home.

We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items purchased online, under the following conditions:

• The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item is in its original condition, packed securely in the original packaging. Claymeraki is not responsible for damages incurred during the return transit.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and Claymeraki cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
• The return request must be authorized by our team. We reserve the right to decline returns for items that appear to have been used for staging or loan purposes.
• Purchases made through Buy Now Pay Later or other consumer credit options are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
• All sales during promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted. Items purchased with a personalized discount code can be returned for an online credit note only.

Return or Exchange Requests

To request a return or exchange, please email us at [email] with the following information:

• Proof of purchase or order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for return, along with any supporting images
• If requesting an exchange, include details of the product you wish to exchange for

Due to the fragile nature of our products, each item is carefully packaged for safe delivery. Returned or exchanged items will incur a $5 re-packaging fee per item.

Our customer care team will contact you with return authorization, a return shipping label, and instructions.

Refunds

A full refund will be processed once the return is authorized and received in accordance with our return policy. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, minus shipping costs and the re-pack fee. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We encourage exchanges. Subject to product availability, an exchange will be issued as an online credit note for the original purchase value, minus shipping costs and the re-pack fee. Credit notes are valid for 3 years.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders cannot be canceled before shipment. Items purchased on pre-order are eligible for exchange or refund under the same guidelines as full-priced items.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [email] within 24 hours to file a claim.

How to File a Damaged Goods Claim

To file a damaged goods claim, email us with:

• Proof of purchase or order number
• Date of purchase
• Details of the damaged item(s)
• Supporting images of the damaged box and product

Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, and insufficient evidence may result in the claim being denied.
