At Claymeraki, due to the delicate nature of our handmade ceramics, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safely.

Domestic Shipping

We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed. Please note that dispatch and shipping times may be longer during peak periods.

For pre-orders, items will be shipped based on the information provided on the product page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on your location.

Standard shipping times:

• QLD, NSW, VIC metro areas: 4-7 days
• SA, WA, TAS, and rural areas: 7-10 days

Express shipping times:

• Nationwide: 3-4 days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Order Shipping

Will pre-order items be shipped with other orders?
We aim to get your in-stock items to you as soon as possible. Therefore, any in-stock items will be shipped immediately, while your pre-order items will be sent separately according to the estimated shipping dates.
